Peter McGuiness of PedroTV

PedroTV is the brain-child of Marrickville dwelling eccentric, Peter McGuiness. Armed with his video camera, he documents the local art scene. Starting with a Youtube Channel and a meticulously updated blog on YesFans, his web pursuits have now blossomed into Pedro-TV.com - “complete with spinning sombreros”.

(from MusicFeeds.com.au) “I’ve been painting now for ten or so years, I’m a painter and collagist. Then I got a camera with a Marrickville council grant to do an exhibition and film. It was all from the idea of putting a slideshow of my paintings to music and I thought, hey, I really like moving pictures.”

Peter is also a budding Film Directer and is nearing completion of his first major featurette, “Gas Coin”.
